Sounds like you're like me, hard to relax.
I can't sit around it drives me nuts.
I can't in the day time but I can in the evening, particularly if I've done plenty of exercise like today.😀
I'm usually working during the day, then walking the dog and exercising in the evenings, I used to draw a lot to but I haven't the patience for it anymore. The next two days will not be easy for me but I'll think of something to do.
Fortunately I no longer work and it's afforded me the time to get my fitness levels back on track, after being poorly for many months it feels so good to be fit.😀
You'll have to do lots of running.😉
I'm not as fit as I was but I'm getting there.
Lots of running and a bit of weight training should keep me in shape 😉

I used to be super fit, I even qualified as a fitness instructor etc etc so I shouldn't be slacking with it really.

Not yet and not sure if I will today as weather is shocking where I live also I have done something to my groin so am going to look online for some physio exercises.

I’m heading out to boot camp. It’s on the beach so is a great start to the week 🤸🏽♀️
Then-I’m spending the afternoon being an Indian Head massage model 💆🏻♀️😆 I help to teach Indian Head massage, as well as doing it, and I’m helping one of the students out! Perks of the job 🤣
Got hair cut, next up is a lot of exercise, then who knows after that.
