Well that’s another one done - was glad to hear the half way bell but stuck at it and completed it all - the walk times were appreciated but feel I am building up fitness again and know from having completed week 5 in the new year before injuries intervened that fitness does develop very quickly if I just follow the programme and so I am confident that in just 3 weeks time I will be back to running non-stop for 20 minutes again and looking to building well for the full 30 I want to get to. So best wishes to all you new runners you can do it.
