Welcome back to it after your injury Jon, I hope it all goes well for you. I don't know how far you got before having to stop last time and although you're bound to have lost some fitness what you won't have lost is the knowledge/confidence that you've been here before. Just take it nice and slow and listen to your body. If it aches, that's OK, but if something hurts, it's not! Let us know how you get on, we are all behind you cheering.
