For the first time in 4 months, going to have to listen to my body and take it gentle. Back going into spasm, which it does with me, but not since starting running. So gentle pottering, some emergency diazepam and letβs see how things are in a couple of days. Keeping everything crossed. π€ππ»ββοΈ

Back pain stops play

Fingers (and everything) crossed for you - I hope you feel better soon. Backs can be so dodgy I know so make sure you take it easy and rest up. Hugs and sympathy πββοΈπβ€οΈ
After 12 years Iβm used to this pattern, few good weeks, months if Iβm lucky, then crippled for a bit. Doing some core strength work and hoping my improved fitness speeds the recovery. 3 days of muscle relaxants usually nips it in the bid, we hope! X

Fingers crossed for you. Take care! π

Hope you recover soon dralimc...That's sounds really painful ..Take care ππ

Oh Dralimc so sorry to hear about your recent (not so recent now) challenges. I seem to have missed your posts for a few weeks! Wishing you a speedy recovery and sending you a big hubby. π€ β€οΈ
