Oh my days why was that so hard I did have multiple obstacles mind cars coming when trying to cross roads, shoe laces coming undone, and I wore a jacket today and boy I was too hot won't make that mistake again πŸ˜” really disappointed with that run in total honesty!

If you look through the history of the forum it is full of posts just like yours after the euphoria of run 3 week 5.

I think it's going back to intervals.

Try not to be disappointed we all have good and bad runs, you finished.

Clothing issues often an issue in British weather as well.
