...completed W6R3, earlier today minus my running buddies. 25 whole minutes -who knew! I set off too enthusiastically (well, I basically wanted it to be finished lol) on the plus side I covered more ground, discovered that drinking too much wine the night before was a bad idea... 'Slow down, slow down some more...' and there's some semblance of rhythm My legs couldn't seem to remember how to articulate for my warm down walk -but I did it (albeit looking like a sweaty beetroot π ).
The return to intervals in R1 and 2 were beneficial if only to remind me just how far I've come over the last few weeks (breath and recovery).
