Park run

Morning everyone....I didn't do the park run today but I just thought I'd share this photo with you...this is the view from one of my windows....Can you imagine how I feel seeing them all running today without me???!! I went to a little gathering for my friends birthday last night & had a couple of glasses of wine so wouldn't be at my best today...it's a beautiful morning for a run so happy running everybody...have a lovely day xx

Always next week mate... You have to enjoy yourself sometimes with a glass or two, anyway your doing amazing so keep going 😀

Wow! You live so close! I used to know a guy who always went running when hung over -- said it cleared out the remaining alcohol...
