Little bit nervous to begin with.... didnโt want to fall flat on my face! ๐
Little bit of calf cramp but as usual by half way I was loving it... even without my playlist.
When I got to the gym I only had 5% battery left so chose not to have my music so that I could use the app and listen to Sarah.
Ran a shorter distance but now it know I can do 30 min at 4mph I can increase it to get a greater distance.
Still had jelly legs at the end and my knees were really burning but I will definitely be using the treadmill over winter ๐๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ง๐ถ

Wow... just wow. Everybody I ever met struggles transitioning from one to the other if they didnโt always run outdoors and treadmill. You just blew it away... well done. Enjoy that graduation run.
Aw... thank you! I love this group, feel Iโve had so much support with the gremlins and now I just tell them to ๐ค I had SOOOOOOO many excuses as to why not to do this today, the rain, almost flat battery, it was late... the list goes on but I knew that if I tried I could do it. Almost quit at 6 mins due to the cramp but it was just my gremlins giving a reason to quit... hush gremlins we are trying to run here! ๐คซ
Great stuff Emma, tough on a treadmill but you ate it up and spat it out - way to go! Nothing wrong with jelly legs - we all get them! Good luck and keep going!
Can't wait to get to week 9 - well done. I find the treadmill easier to pace myself and gives a more consistent run but its so boring compared to running outdoors - even with a monitor in from of you. Good luck with your final run
Well done Emma not long at all to go now!!! I don't get on well with treadmill as have fallen off twice- am quite the comedy act in the gym ๐but might have to relook at going back in the winter months - will see how it goes outside! It was quite dark this morning at 5.30am on my run. Those gremlins are pesky little blighters when they get a hold- good on you for shoving them out๐
