I started the programme last autumn and went through all the weeks but not making sure I ran the times specified. I didn't quite understand what was required. I have since been 'running' my local parkrun and have completed 13 although I don't run much of it and usually am next to last. I am determined to improve so i am going to repeat the programme properly. Is anyone in the same position?

Quite a lot of people repeat the programme from scratch for various reasons. I'm only doing a short-circuit through it (one run from each week), but hopefully someone in a similar position will trot along soon to be your Virtual Running Buddy.
