I have achieved what I thought was impossible 9 weeks ago....... I ran for 30+ mins and am totally loving it......!!!😁

I couldn't have come this far without the support of this amazing running community. So, thank you!!!......you know who you are!!!😍

My life has definitely changed... I'm on holiday...and all I can think about is - eat running fuel food, drink lots of water and be patient until "running day"........😱😱😅😅😁😁🤣🤣

Utter madness to have these thoughts while I should simply be lounging by the pool and swimming and eating but there you go......I'm a runner now!!🏃‍♀️😊

It’s absolutely amazing isn’t it? I love every aspect of it, and the second I’m done with a run I’m looking forward to the next one! Bonkers on every level! 😀😀😀😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I remember looking at the dates when I started and seeing I’d be on hols for W7 and most of W8, and how it wouldn’t matter if I missed a few days and I’d catch up later. No wayyy was that going to happen! I made time for the runs, no question! 😅

I love your consolidation plan of 4-4-5....... it sounds acheivable, for sure!!

Once I get my head around finally having made it to graduation, I'll probably follow you in that plan!!

I'm still painfully slow and am very careful to not push that niggly knee any further than is good for me....but it always helps me when I have a target to aim towards.
