Feeling epic!

I started C25K on the 26th May and finished today - took me 13 weeks and 5 days! I had to wait for my hip to calm down before going on to the next session but the day came and off I went. After the first session I thought I was going to die but I didn't!

When I start that first 5 minutes is a killer - I can't do this, it's too hard I say but I now know I can and after 10 minutes I'm fine. Listen to my Spotify running list and at the end I do a little victory dance which I've done since week 1 session 2.

I'm 69 and 10 months, not overweight but not very fit when I started, hence the 13 weeks and 5 days!

Keep going, it can be done.
