Hi there , had a break from running for two years , coming up to a year since having undergone a full hysterectomy so now trying to get my fitness level back . Love the couch to 5k app , just trying to keep myself from rushing through it . I’m not very patient and want results straight away ,

Aww thanks for that , I’m determined to get myself running again , always loved it . You are right though , got to take it steady , last thing I need is another injury .
