I know to some of you this isn't big deal but I feel fantastic.im on wk1run3 and started late last week so I'm starting wk1 r1 again today.last week I could run 30 seconds of the run Tops and I decided to try again today and guess what I ran every ran and didn't stop the whole 60 seconds I'm over the moon at the improvement in a couple of days and thanks to everyone last week for tips about.pacing myself it really helped I realised it's about stamina not how quick you get there I'm so proud of myself 😁😁😁

Great job, those first runs hurt and we are not ready for them. You hit a wall and you came back with a sledgehammer... way to go.

You’ll have more of these moments, it’s amazing how fast you gain fitness.

Absolutely brilliant Seejenrunx ...that is an amazing acheivement & I can tell you that we all know what a big deal this is...whether we’re graduates or not the feeling of completing a run is incomparable...you will continue to surprise yourself as you move along the programme & yes, it’s all about building up your stamina not your speed and when you get to the end & you are running for 30 minutes, which I know will seem impossible to you right now, then you have achieved what you are meant to achieve...you can build up on distance & speed in your own sweet time then...enjoy the programme, take your time & we’ll all be cheering you on...well done again xx
