Well, that's week 7 done and dusted. Not only can I run for 25 minutes, I also enjoyed it! Only 6 runs to go and I'm actually starting to believe I might be able to do this. I don't know where this new found confidence is coming from, but I like it! 😁

Great stuff! I also completed week 7 today. (It’s taken more weeks that that but I still can’t believe I’ve got this far) Six more runs. It’s amazing isn’t it? We can do this. 😊
