Well - I did it. Sat on the couch pleased with myself and looking for tips to tackle W2. I was cycling a lot on holiday - around 10 miles a day - so W1 wasn't too much of a struggle. Wondering how the extra 30 seconds running in W2 will change that !

Hi Siss28, well Done, try not to worry about each run. The app works! You will be able to complete it. The runs and intervals prepare your body for each next level. I found it fascinating how what seems an impossible feat, is achievable! Go for it x
