Where do I start??

I had got to week 6 when I’d managed to slip a disc!! Grrrr!! So I haven’t run for 2 months now!! 🙁 I’m not sure which week to start with?? I’m lacking motivation too!!! HELP!!!

I would say at least back to week 3 then reevaluate when you see how it went but dont push it if it feels too hard

A slipped disc is serious stuff. Have you had clearance for take off from your doc?

The programme is gentle and there is absolutely no hurry and no need to push things 🙂

Doing some cross training, which includes whole body strengthening, would be a good plan to do alongside your runs. Yoga and Pilates are good for your back too 💪👍🙂
