I DID IT WOOOHOOO

Well I never would’ve believed it 9 weeks ago I’d be running for 30 minutes. I may not be fast but I get up and run. All thanks to your fabulous support and especially my fantastic inspirational coach aka my hubby, who today lead by example and did the Fleetwood half marathon and smashing his pb by 4 mins 54 to get a 1h55.28 time.

Congrats and well done on completing the couch to 5K. So ur going to be following in your hubby’s footsteps or should I say running shoes and be training for a half marathon as well.🎓🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊

in reply toMVBrown

Pmsl jeez I’m only just covering 1.8 miles not including my 5 min warm up/down lol. I’m working my way upto a full 5k running for the mo I have no desire to even run a 10K never mind a half marathon.

Hey, you never know if you reach the 5K what lies after 🙂. I’m just thinking as you have a running buddy not a virtual one like I have (the C25Kers). Ha!

Oh and thank you. X

Congratulations! Hubby needs to be on his game, he could have some competition soon! Well done.

Lol I wish, do not fancy being able to run that fast, I’ll stick to my 16-17 min miles for now not so eager to do a 8-9 min mile a bit too fast for my little legs lol.

You stuck with it, you ran indoors and out, you dug deep and you finished. Well done!

And great news to hubby on his pb hm, that’s an impressive time.

Massive congratulations... well done you!

The best bit of all this though...it goes on :) And the next best bit, we are all there with you!!!

in reply toOldfloss

Thanks oldfloss. I’m gonna do a week of 30 min runs and then keep adding 2 mins x 3 runs mixed with a 15 min programme I have on my treadmill to try and improve my speed over a short distance as I’d like to try and get my mile time a bit better. Keeping it slow and steady. X

Hey well done Pigginanna👏👏👏.- Fantastic achievement. I’m a bit delayed in replying to everything on here as I’m on holiday in Sicily and email connection is on and off!

By now I guess you’ve opened the bubbles and stood tall on the podium so enjoy your post grad runs. Congratulations 🍾🍾🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done!! To you both :-) a 30min 3k is the same time as a 30min 5k. You still ran for 30mins 😁👟👟👟
