Well I'm absolutely shattered but smiling 😊 I did it, gosh that was really hard, I got to the end of the road and wanted to go home and I remembered the comments you all made and I thought, "no, come on you can do this" and I did! Blooming hard work and I probably sounded like I was dying to passers by but hey I just looked at the floor and kept going, I did 1.53miles in the time, thank you all, couldn't get out without you! Tuesday is my 2nd run/walk! Xx

Brilliant. Just remember if you want to stop don’t, just slow down & keep putting one foot in front of the other. You’ve got this. I used to listen to Reece, he’s so encouraging. I hate hearing my breathing so music always on full blast x

What VS1975 said - you can't go too slowly IMHO. You're less likely to injure yourself, it makes the process much easier and you don't feel so stiff on rest days.
