Well I've just done my w5 r2 run on the treadmill - 2 x 8 mins and it was fine. Could have run for longer on the first 8 mins which is just as well as the next one is 1 x 20 mins but hopefully have got my pace right so feeling confident

Nice going - those 8 minute intervals are tough 😬 Good luck with the 20 minute run - as you say if you've got the pace right (i.e. really slow) you'll nail it no problem. 👏👍
