Off and running, no pun intended. Think it’ll be more like ninety weeks than nine till I can run thirty minutes straight but willing to give it a shot!

Have a read of the FAQ posts, lots of good advice here. Also come to the forum for all the support you could possibly need. Follow the programme and you may well surprise yourself. It really works!
