Well done my first parkrun today 🙌

All thanks to c25k !!! 2 weeks after graduating I certainly didn’t feel out of place ! Now it’s just a case of getting that time down ! Onwards and upwards 🎽

Great job and now you get to run with the guys you never thought you could be amongst any Saturday that you fancy it. Don’t forget we want a picture of you in that nice red 50 shirt one day.

That's a standard email like everybody gets after every parkrun. If you haven't opted out of parkrun emails, check your spam folder.

How strange... my spam folder is always empty, which I don’t believe, so I must have something wrong on my mail account! I get mails about volunteering from them and I get texts around midday twice a week. I’m currently on one run (walk) and 6 volunteerings... junior parkrun tomorrow, always good to see the under 10s smash my mile pace, stops me caring about it 😂
