I was dreading starting week 5 as I had struggled with week 4 but I did run 1 yesterday on the treadmill at the gym and I didn't struggle at all. I certainly find it easier to achieve a steady pace and rhythm on the treadmill but miss the distractions of being outdoors - but not up and down the curbs. Planning to do run 2 tomorrow so will find out it was a fluke or my stamina and fitness really has increased. Hope so because it was a great feeling

Isn't it weird how some runs are better and some are not. I love the good ones, and the sweet spot, which I get at about 15 mins in and which lasts for 5 or 10 mins. You're doing well, keep it up 👍🏃

new to the forum and about to start W5 with my first run tomorrow - I have deliberately not looked at the weekly schedule until the night before each time and now I've just given myself the fear for what's ahead! It looks like an almighty step up and I'm not sure I'm ready. I hadn't run at all in about 36 years until I started the program and I'm still at snail's pace.
