...and all sideyways too, (not even the bonus of a tailwind at any stretch!)
Another run that I thought was not going to happen, I preempted an awful run or a fail, but my husband encouraged me to go out, saying sometimes those can be the best runs. So I did!
Totally elated, despite the 25mile sidewind during the 4th km 💨 that kept blowing one of my headphones right out of my ear 😖😂
First 28mins done and on a total runner’s high after!
I’ll admit that I wasn’t overly confident about progressing over the course of the C25K programme, but it has amazed me and I’ve amazed myself!
5 runs until graduation 😬 if you’re just starting and doubting you’ll make it, stay strong and trust the programme. You’ll be amazed too 😁

Jennitricot, thanks for this as I’ve notice most people do have self doubts and they amaze themselves. I did just that with my week5 run 3 - I ran for 20minutes at 🐌 pace. So will continue believing. 🙂
I was so chuffed with the 20min run, but still thought at the time the 25/28mins were going to be a stretch too far...but it’s absolutely doable! Good luck with WK6 😊
Good for you, and well done! Running in sideways wind can’t be fun! I’ve yet to do that - I’ve managed to avoid foul weather entirely so far (ok, now I’ve jinxed myself! 😅)
You’re doing so well! Keep it up, you’ve got this! 🏃♀️🏃♀️💪🏻💪🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀😀
Thanks cheekychipmunks! 9 weeks seemed like ages and now I’m nearly there, can’t quite believe it!
The wind nearly stopped me, it wasn’t the most fun, but it was dry and sunny, so not all bad. Starting to think about winter gear so I run right through the seasons...but don’t want to wish the summer away! 😂🤣😂🤣☀️☀️☀️☀️
