I was going to stay in the relative comfort zone of W2 and repeat W2R3 but decided to go for it and do W3R1. I feel great!! I didn’t find it as hard as the W2 sessions, I put in an extra jog at the end as I had surplus energy and am not sweating profusely as I have done with Ws1&2 ... just a little glow going on! I can’t believe how this is working! 🏃🏻♀️😀
