So yesterday evening I ran a course that I last ran aprox 11 months ago as part of my c25k program 3.1miles (5k) and back then it took me about 42 minutes.

Last night I ran it in my 2nd best 5k of 32.34, with a sub 10 minute mile in there, plus a pb 0ver 2 miles of 20.38

10 minutes faster is pretty impressive in less than a year.

Well done on your journey - amazing what a difference a year or so makes isn't it? I'm coming upto the first anniversary of starting C25K at the weekend and can't believe how far I've come. Incidentally you often posted really encouraging comments on my posts as I completed the programme (I was then posting as Fitter40s) and made me laugh with your witty posts - so thank you rolysmate . Wishing you lots more happy running 😊.
