Hi, I started earlier this year.and Iβm so pleased I did it. Iβm 66 and have always hated running, but I love it now. You will be amazed how quickly you improve, so keep going. I thought I would never be able to do it and couldnβt believe I was doing 30 minutes on week 9. Iβm now up to 60 minutes. Iβm not as fast as most but Iβm running. Itβs such a brilliant programme. I lost 5 pounds and 4.5 inches without changing my diet you!!!
