Did not think I had a run in me today. But didn’t want to have to think about which clothes to throw on for the school run, so threw on some running gear...most of my trusty gear was in the wash...so shorts it was. And I didn’t die or blind anyone, (I hope!), with the reflection of the sun on my Scottish alabaster pins 😂
Sun shining, side-wind, did not feel like it was going to be the best pace, but I was running!
Turned my music up a little louder than usual and it’s the most I’ve zoned out everything else around me and just enjoyed the run. Best run yet, and furthest distance. Feeling like a proper runner and a new determination to keep going 🏃🏽♀️
Also Rock My Run was really rockin’ my run this morning! 🤘🏻

Ha, ha, peely-wally!! Love it!! Not heard that in ages, lol - my mum used to say that to us when we where kids. Coming from good Scottish stock myself I'm afraid to let my legs out in day-light as they are a dazzling shade of blue some days,
peely-wally, och I the noo, there's a moose loose abooot the hooose, all very Scottish sayings Jay, I have not spelt now, mouse, about or house the wrong way, that's the way we Scots pronounce those words, well, perhaps not, but I do know some people who have been at a pub speaking like that after they have had a 'wee dram' .
