So I officially graduated today, although I’ve been running 5k for the last week or so (got carried away on W8R2 and just kept going). Hard to believe that just 9 weeks ago I could barely run for a minute! Ran my personal best 5k today too - 32:44. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts on here as it has been a great help and source of inspiration. And to anyone starting out, YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Well done you 👏👏, it’s such a great feeling when we remember week 1 thinking never could we run 5k, very good time, I’m on 35 mins 👍 but feel sooo much better for running
