That was hard. Didn’t expect the amount of running to increase that much. Had to walk for an extra minute in my last 5 min run. Stupidly tackled a big hill again and it won lol. I’ll keep trying. Still furthest distance I have run. Thank god for Strava tracking my run... makes me realise I am improving.

If you are struggling going up hill, just turn around and run down! Ok, it is a bit of a cheat but, hey, you're still running! Ha ha.
