I've just got in from my first run after 2 weeks on the IC. I decided to repeat my last run - week 6r2 as I couldn't face 6r1 again! It was very slow and I 've lost fitness (is that even a term?) but was pleased that I finished it OK.
Any week 6 buddies out there? I'll be tackling r3 in the next few days and it's always good to have someone to virtually run with!

I did Wk6 r2 this evening and all set for run 3 on Thursday or Friday. Looking forward to just running now. I used to dread the running bits ! Amazing how this programme works. When will you run? I'm not a morning runner or a morning anything. I just about crawl out of bed in time to rush out of the house to work in the mornings. I will probably go to the park if I get home early enough from work. 25 minutes running in the paths by my house is a bit boring.
Not sure when I'll do my r3 - Thursday and Friday evenings are both busy this week but I'll let you know! Feeling excited to be back on the programme again!
I got up and did w6r2 at 5.15 this morning, I wasn't too well yesterday so delayed a day, as advised by the lovely people on this forum, but felt up for it this morning, have to say my head was telling me it was ok, keep going, but my legs were struggling to keep up. I did it, but slower than previous runs, and was a struggle and I was a little disappointed
I am planning to do run three in Friday so will be virtually running with you this week.
