I've come a long way. I'm more than 200lbs lighter than my heaviest, 100lbs in the last year, 27lbs in the last nine weeks, since I started exercising. 80-100lbs to go.
Today's run was hard. I'm the wrong side of 20st, at one point I stopped, barely a second and the now it's time to stop running came up. It spurred me on for the rest.
If by then end, I feel I can't move on, I'm going to feel no shame in repeating this week. It would only get to me if I gave up.

Great weight loss... well done on that! Your mental strength will help a lot with C25K as your post of this run shows.
There is no shame at all in repeating, that’s the work needed to get you through this programme. You will succeed and be a runner, and I’m sure that last 80-100 lbs will go at a good rate. Keep on running.
Brilliant effort! You should feel very proud of yourself - wow, all that weight loss. Awesome! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Each time you run you’ll become stronger and your stamina will increase. You can go as slow as you like. This programme and all the helpful and friendly folk on here will help you along the way!
Roddenberry - I think you're amazing! That really is an astounding weight loss and you should be so proud of yourself. Keep going, trust the programme and ignore any gremlins. We're all right behind you
Well down To, your determination to succeed does you credit, and you should be proud of yourself. You can repeat a run or series of runs of you wish, but remember, you'll only be as good as your last run: by not pushing yourself, you don't get any fitter. Don't rest on your laurels for too long, and remember that the program, and all of us will be here for you as you go further and get stronger. And lighter!
've literally just got in from my W2R1 and I'm with you all the way. I'm 3 stones heavier than I should be and this, despite injuring my calf on the last run, is my motivation...stories and comments from people like you to keep me going...and Michael's dulcit tones of course!!
