My running has gone to schedule and I haven’t missed or delayed any run. My husband is also doing it. Run 3 was hard for me but I’m so determined to finish the program on schedule and successfully. However my body is telling me otherwise! After the run yesterday my knee has felt odd, as if it’s going to give way and every now and again I get a sharp pain. I googled it and it’s hard to diagnose but I’ve iced it and strapped it up. Fingers crossed that it will be ok for Tuesday my scheduled run for W8R1. I so want to do it I’ve only got 2 weeks left! 🏃‍♀️

Try to relax into your runs.. warm u really well.. and try to land lightly too. I call it kissing the ground with your feet :) Stretch well after every run too!
