I was dreading week 5 but just did run 1 and at the end felt I could go another half an hour. That was two hours ago, still feel great and pleased with myself.

Well done - I wish I'd had as much energy at the end as you! I struggled with the same run but I'm starting to see that I cope best with evening runs where I've not eaten anything big at least 3 hours before. Going to try my wk5r2 under those conditions and hope I cope better!!
