GRADUATION!

I can't actually believe I am writing this. I was the classic over weight 54 year old man who spent most of his life sitting down other than the odd game of golf. Totally unfit walking up stairs felt an effort and yet......here I am a graduate of a running app just extra ordinary. If anyone out there reads this who is in week one or two, trust me KEEP GOING it us absolutely worth it, and if I can do this any one of you can!!!

You should shame him into it! He must see how good it is! How far have you got on the programme?

Good for you, are you still sticking to 30mins or pushing on? 👍

Whatever takes my fancy on the day so anything from 20 mins to 50mins and mixing it up with new routes (getting lost in the woods) intervals and using the stepping stones podcast. Enjoy your post grad runs 😊👍🏻

Congratulations! There are so many of us on here who are over 50 that this programme must be one of the best things the NHS has produced for improving fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle - and so simple! Not to mention this fantastically supportive community
