After being in my sick bed for several days this week I poked a tentative toe into my trainers this morning. Didn’t want to push it but hoped to get 30 mins under my belt.

Listened to my body tho and stopped at 22 mins. My lungs were sore and felt a bit sick but 3.2K run so better than nothing. Will give it a couple of days and hopefully back on form Monday morning

Well done for running and even more well done for stopping when you needed to. I hope the recovery continues well, just don’t push yourself too hard too soon x
