Before I went on holiday I'd got to the end of week 3 (although it took me way more than three weeks to get there!). I took running kit with me but found that where we were staying was pretty hilly. So I did 10k steps a day instead and the occasionally little jog when on an appropriate beach!
So now I'm back, and need (and want!) to get back into this. Any advice on what I should do, two weeks and two days since I did W3R3?

Thanks to the advice IannodaTruffe and Hidden Life got in the way at the weekend but I finally had a go yesterday and I did it! Very pleased with myself, although I’m feeling far more stiff this morning than I usually do. Hopefully I can do the next run tomorrow!
