Two weeks holiday - what should I do next?!

Before I went on holiday I'd got to the end of week 3 (although it took me way more than three weeks to get there!). I took running kit with me but found that where we were staying was pretty hilly. So I did 10k steps a day instead and the occasionally little jog when on an appropriate beach!

So now I'm back, and need (and want!) to get back into this. Any advice on what I should do, two weeks and two days since I did W3R3?

You lose little or no discernible condition in two weeks.

Carry on where you left off, but be careful about pacing......... keep it steady.

Yeah, if it was me, I would carry on with W4R1 and if you don't do it first time, try again.

Thanks to the advice IannodaTruffe and Hidden Life got in the way at the weekend but I finally had a go yesterday and I did it! Very pleased with myself, although I’m feeling far more stiff this morning than I usually do. Hopefully I can do the next run tomorrow!
