Well that’s Week 6 in the bag. Not as tough as I was expecting from recent posts, albeit, not “easy” either. But guess none of us are doing this to find it easy...!
Was hoping to do my first Great Run Local on Sunday... but a few minutes before the end of R3, definitely felt my ankle start to complain.... so plenty of ice once I got back and the decision to have 3 days’ rest. It’s been every other day for the past 9 days, so don’t think it’s a bad decision.
Really looking forward to knocking out solid runs from now on and creeping closer to graduation, continuation and starting to push for that elusive 5k mark, and subsequent improvement.
In the meantime... a weekend off...!
