So I headed out for my 5k run and delighted by the cool air - first time for me to run in cool temperatures- but then the skies opened and it rained cats and 🐕!! I just continued as I was half way and all I can say was it was magical!! #Backontrack. Out again Sunday - holidays really affect the running power. #butnostoppingmenow !!! 🏃♀️

Hi OKES I’m looking forward to my week 9/1 run tomorrow it will be the first cool run I’ve had apart from the early morning one I did weeks ago and that wasn’t that cool but it’s definitely easier to breath when cooler.
