So because I didn’t fully complete all my week 4 runs in one go I thought I would repeat the last run just to prove to myself I could do the 5 minutes.
Well I caught up with my husband on his last 10 minutes it was the start of my last 5 minutes well I just kept jogging I’d taken my ears out to talk to him and I forgot to put them back in and then he slowed down to his brisk walk I asked if he was ok he said yes then he said do you realise you have just run for 10minutes and OMG I had. 😁🤭🤭🤭
That makes me more positive to tackle week 5 now x
