Well after a week resting to let my hip settle down I ran today! Promised myself I would do what I could and stop if I needed - well I didn’t need to stop so done the whole 25 min run - see how I feel later
I did swap my trainers today for another pair which are nearly new and hubbies so worn - maybe a bit of a mistake as am now supporting 2 lovely blisters 🤦♀️🤦♀️
I so desperately want to finish this program but at min feels like I may not get past week 7 😢😢
But I won’t give up without a fight so Sunday I will be plastered up and go for it again!!!!

You keep going I did a few reruns if I wasn't happy. Now I can run 5k in 41 minutes. Did my first ever parkrun last Saturday in 45 minutes. I've only ever did it once on my graduation day 32 minutes 5k. But I think about distance and just running to the 5k not my pace. The thing is your out there doing this.
