I did W9 Run 1 yesterday am and jolly nice it was too...looks like tomorrow will be tricky so beloved suggested I did it as I got home from work - SO I ONLY blimmin did, I had all sorts of self defeating ideas but bummed them and off we went - glad of my cold towel thanks advice on here, glad of all the support to date and hopefully will get R3 in over the weekend (did have to apologise as the running buddy insisted on playing with a French bulldog which had never been off its lead!!) also thanks to the lady who gave me the thumbs up as she ran past me - Old and fat deffo but a runner nonetheless!!!

Yay, way to go! And pooch wrestling too! Mine trots alongside me on the lead (just about breaks into a trot!), otherwise she’d be off sniffing things and finding other dogs. Great buddy though! ❤️
