Brilliant! I'm just over the Irish Sea from Ireland (*wave*) and 1 run behind you. It's just fab, isn't it!
All the best with Run 3 !!!
Hi Louise - it's an amazing programme isn't it?! You're well on the way to graduation now. Keep posting and let everyone know how you get on! πππ
Take it nice and slow.enjoy the scenery . Watch other people. Like dog walkers and pram pushers . It will be over in no time. Probably my favourite run whilst doing the 5 k app π.
You'll be amazed at yourself at finish xx
Hi Louisec, I felt exactly the same as you. I was worried/anxious about the 20 minute run and thought Iβd never do it. My husband offered to come with me for support and it was the best thing he could have done. I did it and felt fabulous after. Iβd never run for that long ever in my life. Iβm now on W8R2 running for 28 minutes. I wonβt say itβs easy but you will definitely do it, have faith in yourself. Good luck π
Brilliant. Well done ππ. The programme is designed in an ideal way, so youβll do great at the 20 min run π
Iβm doing w5r2 tonight and then r3 on Sat- looking forward to it as I know the programme will have set me up in the right way π€
Don't sweat it or think about it to much each run you do builds you for the next including that one..
I would say pretty much everyone baulk's at that run and we all did it.. and you will too.trust in Laura and yourself..
Could try breaking it down into smaller chunks I.e 5 min and tick each one off..
The usual take it as slow as you need too to complete it ..
You will do it, believe π
Well done, Iβve just completed W5 today. Keep going and keep it slow so you can complete run 3. Good luck π
Welcome. This plan is designed around that big scary jump in time. Relax, go slow, and trust the plan. Allow the runner in you to amaze the couch you that still doubts. You can do it.
