I'm just about to start my second run and I'm loving it. I might. I might not be so happy when I get further in and have to run longer than a minute at a time 🀣🀣

And then again, you might. Just enjoy it and don't think beyond the next run.

I've just done my second run and I feel surprisingly good! Last run on Saturday and into week 2! Keep going!

Hopefully you will be happy as you will be running further than you thought you could.

Next week it's week 5 for me, it's hard BUT now running a minute is a doddle, each week is a challenge

Can't say that I'm enjoying it yet as each and every run is a challenge but I am enjoying the fact that I am now starting to think of myself as a runner

It's all about getting out there and you're 5 weeks in which is over

halfway through the challenge so you're doing great!

Try not to go through the program doubting your abilities. I couldn't run for a minute without getting seriously out of puff 10 weeks ago, but I stuck with it. Now I am plodding along for 30 minutes, something I have never done in my life!

Quite honestly, if I can do this, anyone can. Listen to your body, have your rest days, accept that some runs will be better than others, and unless it's baking hot or pouring it down with rain, just put on your trainers and go! You will feel so proud of yourself every time you move on a week, that far outweighs any other feeling C25K will give you.

Good luck with the next few weeks! πŸ˜‰
