Managed to finish run 2 of week 7 just, keep getting pain in right calve, which is annoying, not sure whether is just tight x thought this running would get a bit easier lol x

I find that if I get a niggle straight after a run a little stretch in that area helps as the muscles grow and Stregnthen. Here is a good NHS calf stretch.
