If you are finding the runs easy to do that is brilliant... By Week nine those 30 minute runs will be lovely. Losing weight.. well.. linked with a healthy eating regime, this plan may help. Move more and eat less, and healthily will be the advice
Loads to do after this... lots of consolidation and then maybe after a couple of weeks... try C25K+ podcasts.. and check this link out!
Yep I ran 30 minutes W8R1. May or may not for the rest of week 8 depending on how each run goes.
