Another consolidation run for me this morning. Not very comfortable or enjoyable, legs felt heavy. I switched coaches just for something different but it didnt help. If anything it just confused me.

I last went out on Thursday, also a different coach, but for the first time i didnt complete it. I ran for just 15 minutes. The app played up, stomach hurt, couldnt get to grips with Michael so came home feeling deflated.

Tried Laura today. It was better than Thursday, well I did 30 minutes, but I just felt out of sorts.

I think its time to go it alone 😬

I'm not dwelling on it. This program has taught me thay not all runs are the same, not completing a run doesn't make me a failure. I know what I can do and some days are tougher than others.

I did it, move on 😊

You’ve got a great mindset - ONWARDS!✨

I can imagine that continuing with the C25K app voiceovers could feel comforting for some but it sounds like you need some fresh inspo. Hopefully Nike Run Club will provide exactly that 😃

Keep it up, you’re doing great. The important part is getting out there at all. Let us know how you get on next time 🏃‍♀️🌟💪🏼

It's this program that's helped my mind set, go back a few months I would have given up and thrown a tantrum 🤣

Well done completing your run 👍

But you mention heavy legs !

Are you drinking enough ?

Remember as a runner you should be aiming to drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water a day, even on non run days 😁

I think that's my downfall, while I was out this morning I was thinking what I had, or rather hadn't, drunk 24 hours before. I will be more conscious of that this week

I think this is what the consolidation runs are for partly, letting us find our rhythm, our style, our mojo. Whatever works for you.

Another run done...on to the next...go you! 🙌🏼🏃🏻‍♀️

Thank you, positive mindset, I know that's defo improved for me 😇

I'm going to look at the Nike running app, which has been recommended. My husband runs regularly he also went out this morning and struggled, something in the air today 🤔🤣

Awww don’t worry lovely... that’s the beauty of being a graduate!

I thought that I had to do 5k every time!!! No!

I no longer beat myself up doing a mix of times and distances! They are all runs! 2k.. 3k... 5k... 15 mins... 20 mins... 30 mins or more! 👏👏

Poor Michael - he’s probably shattered after I’ve abused him and kept hold of him for so long! 🤣🤣

Oh and by the way.... you DID complete the run on Thursday.... the 15 minute run!! 👌👏👏👏💕
