Went out for a later run than planned. Really wanted to quit during the first 3 minutes but didn't. Then something weird happened during the 5 minute run - I found my pace, my breathing settled and I.... enjoyed it....! Maybe I can do this running malarkey after all. Feel so happy I went. It was great!! Actually looking forward to the next run now!

Great stuff. Well done. That first run is always the hardest but then you get into your stride. It’s brilliant you are looking forward to the next run 😁
