That happened to me too. So annoying isn’t it. What I did was play it again and there’s a “fast forward” button which I used to get to the end. Not sure if that’s the right thing to do but it worked 😊. Hope this helps 😁

I am an old bird and struggle with this whole ‘my tech didn’t record it so it didn’t happen’ approach to life. You ran the run, you remember it right? It happened, really!

I can understand the feeling especially after you have done the hardwork. Don't worry as Angel mentioned, you can fast forward and complete the run. I use old NHS app in my ipod but also has downloaded app in my mobile recently so I sometime log into that and mark the run I have done. Cheer up pls.

You know you did it, we know you did it 😊 It's fine, don't worry - you don't have to prove you've done it to Graduate ~ you're doing great, well done! 🙌

I agree, just play the run again on your device and mark it as completed. The important thing is that you know you have run it, whatever the technology might say
