Please excuse the following essay but just really wanted to share my experience of the app so far. It was a very bleary eyed run at 6am this morning but I have to say the best one yet! I managed 3.48 miles in the 40 minutes so am a very happy bunny 😃. Never thought I’d manage to get this far and have wanted to give up quite a few times during the last 9 weeks but have made myself continue and now I can’t believe how far I’ve come. I would thoroughly recommend the app to anyone out there - age and fitness levels are certainly no barrier, I should know as I’m a 48 year old overweight lady whose never really run before and has varying back and joint problems. I’m definitely feeling the benefit of being stronger and fitter than ever before - it’s absolutely been worth all the blood, sweat and tears and I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish next!! 😃

Brilliant... only recently graduated myself. It feels amazing to have got to the end of this programme after struggling week one. Keep it up. That last run is a fabulous feeling :)
