Underestimated the distance required. Didn’t complete the last run but did do the cool down. Role on for the next run. Knackered old lady lol

Well done! Keep it up, you've done the hardest bit by starting. I'm an old lady too..slow and steady will do it.

Have you checked this post out... it has some great advice and tips there..

If you did not manage all the runs, then slow down... take it really gently and steadily.

There is a long way to go and you want to enjoy it:)

Well done you!

Lots of folks start off much older than you. You’re quite a youngster 👍😃

If you follow the programme slowly you’ll be fine🙂

There’s quite a few of us more mature types on here! I am learning and re-learning with every run to slow down and keep it slow

Well Done on getting started, keep it up, I can't say it gets easier, but when you look back in a few weeks time, you will be amazed at what you have accomplished, slow and steady is what you have to remember. Just follow the programme :)

Definitely not old, and anyway it’s only a number, it’s what you feel on the inside. I’m ancient but since starting and finishing C25K, and still running further and for longer I feel fitter, healthier and younger too, and added bonus I’ve lost a lot of weight too. Enjoy the experience, there will be good days and days you’d rather forget, enjoy them all, and smile 😊.

Happy running 🏃‍♀️ 😎🌻
